Ministry Purpose

S+T Worship exists to glorify God through praising his name and connecting people to His heart. We honor the sacred privilege of worshiping King Jesus as a priestly duty to God. We choose to focus our gaze on the One who is worthy of it all in hopes that our people will do the same. Our prayer is that as we model a true heart posture of adoration, our people will adopt a habitual lifestyle of worship that extends beyond our Sunday morning gatherings.

Ministry Leader

Shaina embodies a true heart of worship and is well equipped to lead our worship team. With years of experience with bands, musicians, and worship ministry, she brings a level of excellence and devotion in everything she does for the ministry. Since leading the team, Shaina has instituted new protocols, grown the team membership, and, most importantly, brought glory and honor to Jesus through incredible Sunday morning worship experiences. She has high aspirations for the ministry including continued Sunday excellence, recording future albums, providing worship internships, and ultimately mentoring the people of Spirit + Truth in an ongoing lifestyle of true worship. The Spirit + Truth worship ministry is poised for an exciting future, with a vision rooted in authenticity, passion, and growth. Our goal is to expand the team, drawing in talented individuals who share a deep commitment to genuine worship that moves hearts and glorifies God. We’re thrilled about recording albums—initially for our congregation—to capture the Spirit-led moments that define our worship, creating something meaningful that resonates within our community. Our monthly Overflow Nights on the first Friday continue to be a space where we experience God's presence together, drawing us closer and building an atmosphere of raw, heartfelt worship. As we step forward, key growth areas include nurturing a culture of authenticity, developing a cohesive sound, and fostering deeper engagement with our congregation. The future is bright, and we're passionately committed to cultivating a worship ministry that reflects the heart of Spirit + Truth and connects people to the transformative love of Jesus.
